Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• In-house experience focused on technology transactions, SaaS contract review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI-generated suggestions.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and identify legal risks.
