Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a GCPay Product Support Representative to join our fully remote Customer Service team, working East Coast hours. You’ll be the frontline for customers, helping them maximize value from our invoicing platform and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience.

You’ll resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, document technical problems, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to improve products and service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a SaaS customer support role via phone, email and chat.
• Strong troubleshooting with thoughtful issue diagnosis.
• Clear, professional and patient communication skills.
• Experience supporting cloud-based tools on iOS, Android and Windows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
• Collaborative, accountable work style with integrity.
• Comfort with performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, quality).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, with troubleshooting and onboarding.
• Own customer issues from first contact through resolution, setting expectations.
• Document and elevate technical issues with clear records for resolution.
• Monitor and manage support queues to meet service levels.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to advocate for customers.
• Share customer feedback and insights with Tier 2 and leadership for improvements.
• Contribute to team initiatives to enhance support operations.
• Bring continuous improvement ideas to help the team perform better.
