Job summary

Chatsyncs is seeking a remote Technical Support professional to help customers learn, onboard, and troubleshoot our SaaS platform. You will conduct product demos, resolve API/webhook issues, and document APIs and tutorials for users.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in similar roles, strong English communication, and a proactive, independent mindset in a remote environment. Knowledge of AI tools and a passion for AI, automation, and SaaS will help drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Product Support, Customer Success, SaaS Support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, Git, JSON, and basic HTTP concepts.
• Experience with a SaaS/software product preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfort conducting customer calls, onboarding sessions, and product demos.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Fast learner who can understand new software independently.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the ChatSyncs platform end-to-end.
• Handle customer queries, onboarding, and technical support.
• Conduct product demos for customers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, webhooks, integrations, and product configurations.
• Understand issues, reproduce them, collect details, and coordinate with development as needed.
• Create and update product documentation, FAQs, tutorials, and API docs.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Research competitors and suggest product and process improvements.
• Take ownership of tasks and proactively find solutions.
