SMRTR is seeking a Software Subscriptions, Renewals, Collections & Accounting Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of software subscriptions, renewals, and related billing while coordinating with Finance across the US and remote teams. You will track renewal opportunities, prepare quotes and invoices, and work with customers to secure timely payments, escalations and keeping accurate AR records.

Formación

• 3+ years in billing, collections, AR or renewals management in software/SaaS.
• Working knowledge of AR, invoicing, debits and credits.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and thorough record-keeping across many accounts.
• Clear, professional communication with customers about payments owed.
• Proficient in Excel (LOOKUPs, Pivot) and learning new billing/CRM systems.
• Authorized to work in United States; remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end software subscription lifecycle: activations, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and plan changes in billing/CRM.
• Track upcoming expiration dates and renewals to minimize lapses and churn.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes and monthly invoices; follow up for timely confirmations.
• Prepare monthly professional-services invoices from approved timesheets for all entities.
• Update billing contacts, payment terms and PO requirements across companies.
• Monitor AR aging and conduct outbound collections via phone and email.
• Forward remittance details to Finance to apply payments promptly.
• Escalate high-risk delinquent accounts per policy and coordinate with collections.
• Generate reports on renewal rates, AR aging and balances for leadership.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, professional billing support.
