Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive SAAS software solutions within the tire and wheel sales and procurement verticals across the United States and Canada.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and support onboarding coordination. The role emphasizes developing new business, managing relationships with dealerships and service providers, and traveling 5–10% for key events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling and managing SAAS systems and accounts.
• Experience selling to small and medium businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with cold calling.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong sales performance by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Develop sales opportunities within tire retail and automotive service sectors.
• Lead end-to-end sales: prospecting, initial calls, evaluation, demo, closing.
• Create proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage onboarding coordination and schedule implementation milestones.
• Travel 5–10% within North America.
