Autodesk is seeking a GCPay Product Support Representative for a fully remote role with West Coast hours. You will be the frontline for customers, resolving issues, guiding onboarding, and handling subscription inquiries across multiple platforms.

In this role you will document technical issues, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Finance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Join a supportive team and grow your impact over time.

Formación

• 1+ year in a SaaS customer support role (phone, email, chat)
• Strong troubleshooting with thoughtful diagnosis
• Clear, professional, patient communication in writing and speaking
• Experience supporting cloud-based tools across iOS, Android, Windows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
• Collaborative, accountable work style with integrity
• Comfort using performance metrics to improve outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat
• Own issues from first contact to resolution with clear expectations
• Document issues clearly to support resolution and product improvement
• Manage support queues to meet service level expectations
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance to help customers
• Share feedback and insights to shape product and service improvements
• Participate in team initiatives to enhance support operations and satisfaction
• Continuously look for ways to improve team performance
