Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and drive our product strategy for remote delivery. You will manage a portfolio of business processes and technology solutions, shaping a long-term vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, coordinate multiple teams, and empower Product Owners to deliver value in a product-led operating model. Strong leadership and a track record of building digital products are essential.

Formación

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or similar strategic role.
• Proven track record building digital products and technology domains.
• Strong in defining product vision, roadmaps, and managing priorities.
• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Leadership experience managing Product Owners or workstream leads.
• Understanding of business processes and how they translate into technology.

• Promote a product-oriented culture and support the organization's transition to a product-led operating model.

• Strong experience in defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and managing business priorities.
• Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing Product Owners or product workstream leads.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and how they translate into technology solutions.
• Experience in an organization transitioning from a project-based to a product-led operating model is an advantage.
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP environments and business processes supported by SAP, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Retail, or Logistics, is a strong advantage.
