The Product Enablement Manager will craft scalable enablement programs, align product strategy with customer adoption, and enable cross-functional teams with knowledge, tools, and training resources to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and measuring product enablement or training programs in SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to run trainings and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product enablement roadmap aligned with product strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive readiness and adoption.
• Translate launches into scalable enablement programs and resources.
• Create training guides, playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs, docs, and knowledge bases.
• Deliver engaging education programs through workshops and webinars.
• Manage the product knowledge hub and ensure up-to-date resources.
• Measure enablement impact using KPIs like adoption and retention.
