Zone & Co is a US-based, remote-friendly software consulting company delivering an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations. We seek a Product Enablement Manager to empower Product, Support, CS, and Services teams with knowledge, tools, and resources to maximize customer value.

You will drive cross-functional enablement programs, maintain our knowledge hub, and measure impact through KPIs. Strong SaaS enablement and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and measuring enablement programs in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of product launches and the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to produce scalable learning resources and docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS, CMS, knowledge bases, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product enablement roadmap aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, CS, Support, and Services teams.
• Translate launches into scalable enablement programs for customer-facing teams.
• Create and maintain training guides, playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs.
• Enable Solution Consultants and CS with product knowledge and demos.
• Design workshops, webinars, and training sessions for education initiatives.
• Maintain Zone's product knowledge hub with accurate resources.
• Track KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and retention impact.
• Support post-launch campaigns and ongoing enablement initiatives.
