Job summary

Lumistry, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing pharmacy accounts across North America. You’ll own every deal from first call to close, prospecting, demos, and closing, largely through outbound outreach in a fully remote role.

The position emphasizes building discovery-based outreach, maintaining a high-velocity pipeline, and upselling within your book while coordinating with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required and 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in software.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and ramp fast.
• Proven ability to grow customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and multi-task capable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, largely via outbound calls.
• Conduct discovery to tailor outreach and demos to each prospect’s needs.
• Maintain a high-volume, high-velocity pipeline; manage multiple deals concurrently.
• Grow revenue within your existing book through upsells and renewals.
• Provide smooth handoffs to onboarding and delivery teams to remove obstacles for new customers.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date Salesforce records of all sales activity.
• Meet and beat monthly and quarterly quotas consistently.
