Job summary

JustFoodForDogs is seeking a Sales & Operational Planning Analyst to join our remote team. You will manage the demand planning process, coordinate inputs from commercial and sales teams, and maintain data quality across cycles.

The role focuses on execution and continuous improvement of forecasting workflows, interfacing with cross-functional partners to drive reliable, actionable insights. The incumbent will run the engine, assess accuracy, and support stakeholders with transparent forecasting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or a closely related analytics role.
• Analytical curiosity and comfort working with data; able to explain insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• S&OP Demand Cycle Execution: run the monthly statistical forecast engine and validate outputs.
• Coordinate inputs from commercial, sales, and innovation teams; maintain data quality.
• Prepare layered forecast at channel and category level for the demand review meeting.
• Capture post-meeting consensus adjustments and load them through the integration template.
• Maintain the engine CONFIG section and ensure accurate data references.
