Job summary

Megger seeks a S/4HANA Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This UK-based remote role requires occasional attendance at Dover and Germany sites with travel to Germany at least monthly during the initial stages.

You will coordinate global business and technology teams and external partners to deliver the agreed scope, on time, within cost, quality and risk parameters, from mobilisation through hypercare and transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or major transformation workstreams.
• End-to-end programme delivery experience across mobilisation, design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate or equivalent implementation methodology.
• Experience coordinating business process owners, SAP teams, security, infra and partners.
• Strong commercial, financial, risk and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and maintain an integrated delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, forecasts, supplier deliverables and dependencies.
• Coordinate design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and training.
• Lead partners to deliver a fit-to-standard S/4HANA transformation and a smooth transition to BAU.
