Job summary

Boeing Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Enablement to lead SAP S/4 HANA sustainment, data governance, and KPIs across multiple US locations, including Chandler, Seattle, St. Louis, and Hialeah.

You will oversee teams of analysts, process owners, and project managers, driving change and value-stream optimization. The role requires 5–7 years in SAP leadership, strong project management and change-management skills, and familiarity with SAP Activate and digital adoption

Qualifications

SAP experience leading sustainment teams in an SAP run business.
5–7 years managing or leading teams.
5–7 years managing complex technology and/or digital project implementations.
Solid grasp of SAP Activate methodology for deployment phases.
In-depth understanding of standard E2E SAP processes like OTC, STP, Record-to-Report.
Proficiency with SAP Enable Now, WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.

Responsibilities

Leads organization and managers for teams including Business Analysts, Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Project Managers.
Establishes and leads development of Master Data Governance, processes, and KPIs.
Leads change management and technology changes across SAP S/4 HANA.
Manages SAP S/4 HANA tickets, SLA performance and KPIs.
Conducts value stream mapping through SAP S/4 HANA and business workflows to improve system capability.
Sits on the business leadership team and integrates across value streams with business and IT leaders.
Manages and leads the business future technology roadmap and investment process.
