Eliassen Group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance services using Rust, with a focus on reliability in a remote, contract-to-hire role. You will implement actor-based patterns with Orleans, build microservices, and apply event-driven architectures using Event Sourcing and CQRS.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience with a focus on Rust and Go.
• Proficient in C# and actor-based patterns (Orleans).
• Strong understanding of microservices, Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Familiarity with distributed systems tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications with performance and reliability.
• Implement Actor pattern using Orleans framework.
• Develop microservices and use Sidecar pattern for service management.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Integrate Dapr for distributed applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
