Job summary

CrowdGen by Appen in the United States is seeking Russian speakers to record short, one-sided phone calls for AI training. You’ll speak naturally using made-up details during a brief session and your payment ranges from $0.50 per QA-approved session, with a minimum of four sessions needed to be paid.

This is a flexible, remote contract opportunity. You would record up to ten sessions, each 1–2 minutes, and you may schedule tasks at various times across days, with NDA and consent required.

Qualifications

• Native Russian speaker, 18+.
• Able to read and follow short instructions in Russian.
• Own an iPhone 17 series and access to a quiet recording space.
• Commit to 4–10 calls of 1–2 minutes each and adhere to a 6-step flow.

Responsibilities

• Record solo Russian phone calls on CrowdGen's secure platform.
• Submit basic metadata after each call.
• Maintain NDA and follow project guidelines.
• Complete up to 10 sessions for full payout; sessions can be approved or rejected.
