Job summary

Openkrill is seeking participants for Project Melora to record short, natural Russian voice interactions. You’ll simulate calls to banks, telcos, or retailers using made-up details, with sessions lasting a few minutes.

Paid $0.50 per QA-approved session, with a minimum of 4 sessions for payment and up to 10 sessions for a total of $5.00. Flexible, remote work with NDA and participant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native Russian speaker, 18+.
• Read and follow short instructions in Russian.
• Own an iPhone 17, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.
• Have a quiet indoor space to record.
• Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes.
• Spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, across several days.
• Improvise a natural unscripted call with a 6‑step flow.
• Use fake names and non-sensitive data.
• Willing to be recorded, sign NDA, and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Record solo calls on our secure platform.
• Submit basic metadata after each call.
