Job summary

Vettedlance seeks a Russian-speaking evaluator to listen to Russian recordings and AI-generated speech and rate how natural they sound. You will provide brief English notes explaining each rating to help voice models sound like real people.

Remote, hourly contract with part-time, flexible hours: 10–40 hrs/week. Pay is $30-$65 per hour (USD), paid weekly, with a short paid assessment before confirmation.

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian required.
• Clear written English required.
• A careful ear for accent, stress and intonation.
• Consistent use of rating guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Rate audio clips for naturalness and fluency.
• Judge pronunciation, intonation and rhythm.
• Write brief English notes explaining each rating.
• Flag unclear content to project coordinators.
