Job summary

Productive Playhouse is seeking a Russian AI Product Evaluator to join a freelance, task-based program. You will interact with AI models to assess quality, safety, and helpfulness, reporting insights to improve system performance. Remote work is allowed for qualified applicants outside the United States.

Pay is $15.00 USD per hour, with flexible hours and iterative batches of work as the project evolves. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in Russian, and comfortable with both written and voice

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Russian
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication
• 18 years of age or older
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversation
• Owns reliable internet, device, and flexible schedule
• Able to pass language proficiency and technical literacy assessments
• Responsive communicator with quick onboarding
• Available to start within 48 hours

Responsibilities

• Interact with AI models to test and evaluate capabilities, safety, and helpfulness
• Conduct structured conversations following project prompts and goals
• Submit deliverables (ratings, write-ups, screenshots, recordings) as required
• Collaborate with project teams and follow SOW instructions; work in batches
