Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Run CATS Program representative to drive our running initiatives at a hyper-local level in North America. You will educate store staff on product details, motivate teams to boost sales, and plan community and in-store events to raise PUMA’s brand presence.

The role requires strong running knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple events across territories. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in retail, sales, events, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Running retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and passion for running and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory to drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods.
• Build strong relationships with accounts and work to grow the brand by understanding their business.
• Be an expert in all things PUMA running — product & marketing.
• Utilize sales data to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Educate retail partners and consumers on PUMA technology and product details.
• Develop creative ways to engage with partners and motivate them to keep PUMA Running top of mind.
• Create and execute in-person and virtual running events to increase sales and brand awareness in key territories.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, merchandising, and product teams to streamline communications.
