Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a hands-on Design Engineer to contribute to advanced IP for wireless communications. You will work in a fast-moving hardware team with high ownership, crafting RTL in SystemVerilog and building testbenches that validate your designs.

The role emphasizes deep RTL knowledge, collaboration across architecture and verification, and the ability to document and defend design choices from start to finish, including tradeoffs and hard parts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RTL design experience with real impact.
• SystemVerilog expertise for electronics systems.
• Familiarity with timing and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

• Take on tasks across the project to help the team hit goals.
• Work with architecture, design, verification, and documentation of core IP.
• Write RTL for communication-focused electronics and build testbenches to validate those RTL implementations.
