Monovo, Inc. is seeking a Remote Physiological Monitoring Nurse to review vital sign data from RPM devices and engage patients in their care plans. The role focuses on education, adherence, and escalation when needed, working within a HIPAA-compliant remote setup.

This is a weekend-only, 1099 contractor position requiring residency in UT or TX and availability for 1pm–8pm MST on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Compact RN License.
• Clinical nursing experience and ability to assess patient symptoms and trends.
• Strong clinical judgment for escalation decisions.
• Ability to work independently within RN scope and company protocols.
• Experience with reviewing patient data and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review patient vital sign data from RPM devices.
• Identify abnormal readings and escalate per clinical protocols.
• Communicate with patients via phone for education and support.
• Engage patients to improve adherence and participation in RPM program.
• Document patient interactions in Monovo Clinician Portal (MCP).
• Collaborate with providers and care teams for continuity of care.
• Track compliance, device utilization, and engagement metrics.
• Complete monthly check-ins and ongoing monitoring reviews.
