Job summary

Monovo is seeking a Remote RPM Nurse to review patient vital sign data from connected devices and engage patients in their care plans. The role emphasizes identifying abnormal readings, educating patients, and collaborating with providers to improve health outcomes through ongoing remote monitoring.

This is a 1099 contractor weekend-only position, based remotely in UT or TX, with a Saturday-Sunday schedule from 1pm–8pm MST.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Compact RN license.
• Prior clinical nursing experience with ability to assess patient symptoms and changes.
• Strong clinical judgment and escalation awareness.
• Ability to work independently within RN scope and company protocols.
• Comfortably reviewing data, identifying trends and next steps.
• Strong patient education and clear communication with providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital sign data from RPM devices.
• Identify abnormal readings and escalate per clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and support adherence to care plans.
• Document interactions in MCP and other records.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams for continuity of care.
• Track device utilization and patient engagement.
• Complete monthly check-ins and ongoing monitoring.
