Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests.
• Set up cases accurately for members and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines.
• Review clinical information to make decisions on requests.
• Perform outreach to providers for additional information as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of Medicare Part D requests.
• Apply clinical knowledge to assess and determine the importance of large volumes of information.
• Work independently and adapt to feedback and changes in a dynamic environment.
