Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Pharmacist - RPh Operations Advisor for Specialty Medical Prior Authorization with CVS Caremark. The role collaborates with technicians and nurses to process authorization requests, reviews clinical data, and communicates decisions to providers and patients.

The position is fully remote with CST hours 7 AM to 10 PM, training 8 AM to 4:30 PM for 6 weeks, and possible weekend shifts. Requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active license in the resident state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active pharmacist license in state of residence in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Technicians and Nurses to process authorization requests and reviews clinical data.
• Coordinates timely communication of case decisions to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Handles inbound phone calls and escalations regarding Prior Authorization.
• Maintains communication among CVS Caremark, health plans, and employer groups.
