Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a licensed Pharmacist for a remote, work-from-home role. Multiple openings across departments with September start dates. Pay rate is $53.00 per hour, depending on role.

Positions include daytime shifts (8am-8pm EST/CST, with rotating weekends), and other schedules (930am-6pm; 10:30am-8pm CST, etc.). Experience with prior authorization and Medicare Part D is required, and a solid home office setup is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Pharmacist in the state you reside.
• Looking for Pharmacist with Prior Authorization Experience - PBM, not retail.
• Home office setup with ethernet and a distraction-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review prior authorization requests and render coverage determinations based on clinical criteria and plan design.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, interpret clinical guideline criteria, consult physicians, and follow department protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of decisions to providers, health plans/employers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefits requests.
• Set up cases for members, review clinical information for decisioning, and perform provider outreach as needed.
• Document Medicare Part D requests promptly in compliance with guidelines.
