Job summary

Ladders is seeking an RPh Operations Advisor - Med D to join our team, working remotely within the United States. The role focuses on Medicare Part D pharmacy benefit operations, emphasizing clinical review, accurate case handling, and timely decisions.

The advisor collaborates with members, providers, and internal partners to ensure requests comply with guidelines, delivering high-quality service and sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence.
• Clinical pharmacist experience with Medicare Part D requests in a PBM environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with multiple software systems, including Windows-based applications.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to review large volumes of information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests.
• Set up cases accurately and review clinical information for decisions.
• Outreach to providers for additional information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and timelines in decision-making.
• Document Medicare Part D requests accurately and timely.
• Promote a best-in-class service experience for members.
