The advisor collaborates with members, providers, and internal partners to ensure requests comply with guidelines, delivering high-quality service and sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence.
• Clinical pharmacist experience with Medicare Part D requests in a PBM environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with multiple software systems, including Windows-based applications.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to review large volumes of information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests.
• Set up cases accurately and review clinical information for decisions.
• Outreach to providers for additional information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and timelines in decision-making.

For our client, we are seeking a RPh Operations Advisor - Med D to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role supports Medicare Part D pharmacy benefit operations with a strong emphasis on clinical review, accurate case handling, and timely decision-making. The advisor will work closely with members, providers, and internal partners to help ensure requests are processed in compliance with applicable guidelines. Success in this position requires sound judgment, efficient multitasking, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 - $176,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
• Set up cases accurately for members and review clinical information for decision-making
• Perform outreach to providers for additional information as needed
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and timelines in decision-making
• Document all Medicare Part D requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote a best-in-class service experience for members
