Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Programming, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Experience developing, testing, or supporting business applications or automation solutions.
• Enhanced knowledge of CIS/DIS environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, debug, and implement process automation and application solutions.
• Develop RPA solutions that improve efficiency and support Customer Contact Center operations.
• Create or enhance solutions using Visual Studio, Pega, Access, SQL, VBA, and Microsoft 365.
• Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and automate processes.
• Review processes to identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Maintain accuracy, reliability, usability, and long-term supportability.
• Develop, code, unit test, debug, and deploy RPA solutions.
• Analyze manual processes to determine automation value and feasibility.
• Document automation workflows, logic, requirements, and support procedures.
• Balance development with testing and production support; participate in standby as needed.
