Job summary

Framework is seeking a Temporary Royalty Administrator to support contract data, run quarterly reporting, and ensure timely royalty distributions. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and resolving inquiries while working remotely on US East Coast hours.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IP, media, or publishing, familiarity with rights management software (RightsLine is a must), and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in intellectual property, media, or publishing.
• Proficiency with rights management software and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain royalty contract and payment terms in rights and royalty systems.
• Oversee quarterly reporting, payment calculations, and statement distributions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve processing or reporting errors efficiently.
• Use Jira to track, manage, and complete tasks on time.
• Facilitate vendor setup across accounting and royalty platforms.
• Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external royalty/payment inquiries.
