Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead projects remotely from Tennessee. You will oversee administrative, technical, and managerial tasks to ensure timely completion within budget, while coordinating with internal departments and clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and effective communication with stakeholders. A 7+ year background in land/right-of-way and a real estate license or ability to obtain one in 3 months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7+ years of land and right-of-way experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office and project cost tracking.
• Real estate license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive guidance from senior management and manage people and processes.
• Assist with marketing to establish new clients and relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Resolve project questions including technical requirements and billing inquiries.
• Review land and right-of-way agreements, notices, deeds, easements, leases, permits, licenses.
• Serve as liaison between internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive profitability and growth of projects.
