Job summary

Orchard Title is hiring a full-time RON Notary Specialist for a high-volume signing operation. The majority of work revolves around HELOC loan closings with exposure to other package types as volume grows.

The ideal candidate is an NNA Certified Signing Agent with an active RON certification and a proven track record closing loan signings. You must maintain a fast pace, have strong attention to detail, and adapt to change.

Qualifications

• NNA Certified Signing Agent.
• Active RON certification and in-good-standing notary.
• Experience closing loan signings, ideally HELOC or residential mortgage.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume days.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for innovation and comfortable with change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RON closings, primarily HELOC loan package, with other real estate and loan packages.
• Verify signer identity and review packages for completeness before/during signing.
• Review each package for completeness before and during signing — catch missing fields, incorrect entries, or missing signers before they become a re-sign.
• Maintain a consistent, high daily signing pace.
• Escalate unresolved package issues per procedure.
• Complete package-specific training.
