Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a lead quality reviewer for Romanian AI training data. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit, and you will help turn recurring issues into clearer guidelines. This is a remote, part-time hourly contract (10–40 hrs/week), Romania-only.

Pay is $25 per hour, USD, paid weekly after a short paid assessment. Requirements include native Romanian with strong written English, QA/editing/localization experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Native-level Romanian with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Romanian AI outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit.
• Track recurring issues and escalate critical ones.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, examples and calibration sets.
• Run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers.
