Joinkeywork seeks a Romanian Quality Assurance Lead to oversee QA across Romanian AI training projects. You will review AI-generated content, assess quality against guidelines, and provide precise written feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Lead remote teams of trainers and QAs, update guidelines on Discord, and help onboard new contributors while maintaining thorough Romanian documentation and style conventions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Romanian, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near-native Romanian proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Romanian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
• Strong understanding of Romanian grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, diacritics, tone, register, regional usage, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using Discord, Google Sheets/Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Romanian items, identify quality issues, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: update trainers and QAs on Discord about guidelines and changes.
• Question handling: respond to questions on Romanian wording, grammar, and context clearly and promptly.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors, encourage activation, and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain Romanian project docs, style guides, trackers, FAQs and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding calls to explain expectations, rubrics, and language guidelines.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of Romanian guidelines as projects evolve.
• Process improvement: identify recurring gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
