Responsibilities include evaluating model outputs, tagging issues, and calibrating scores weekly. This is a remote contract role with hourly compensation, US-eligible, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Romanian generalist evaluation or adjacent content.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompts that are problematic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Romanian generalist evaluation model outputs against a rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
