  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ROI procedures, communicate compliance requirements, and collaborate effective with internal teams and client leadership.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, monitor multiple workflows, and meet operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quality and Compliance Focus: Commitment to protecting confidential information, maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with healthcare stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors while adapting to evolving operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Benefits
  • Annual Salary: Base pay ranging from $50,461 to $114,114.48, depending on experience, qualifications, education, skills, role level, and location.
