• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of robotics, technology innovation, or process improvement.
• Experience designing and executing test strategies for robotic solutions.
• Hands-on field testing and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through deployment lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills for ROI, KPIs, and site requirements.
• Experience collaborating with pricing and business case teams to ensure product evaluation aligns with financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Solution Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for all robotic solutions.
• Manufacturer Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with robotic manufacturers and provide support.
• Software Evaluation: Evaluate updates and releases before field deployment for compatibility.
• Deployment Training Documentation: Create and maintain deployment training materials.
• Success KPI Criteria Ownership: Define, track, and report KPIs for deployments.
• Site Walks & Demonstrations: Conduct site walks and live demonstrations to assess readiness.
• Robot Quantity & Business Case Development: Determine robots per site and develop robust business cases.
• ROI Analysis: Analyze ROI for robotic solutions to guide decisions.
