Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to drive robot utilization in the Macon, GA territory. The role requires relocation or residence within the Macon area, and Atlanta candidates will not be considered.

The CSR will partner with leadership to train surgical teams and expand adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System. The position involves clinical sales activities, instrument and accessory sales, and collaboration across regional events, with travel up to 25% and potential

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
Experience with operating room environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised.
Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs.
Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
Mentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales team.
Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
