Evernorth Workplace Care is seeking a part-time RN to join our wellness-focused team in Orlando, FL. You will deliver individual coaching, support members' health goals, and guide behavior change through motivational interviewing and education across workplace settings.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have 3+ years in clinical care, and bring strong computer skills and client-service orientation. This role combines remote support with on-site visits several times a month.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state, with ability to maintain active licensure is required.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of clinical experience as an RN in a physician’s office or hospital setting
• Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and ability in providing superior client service to organizations and individuals.
• Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors.
• Proven administrative abilities with strong computer and software application skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• A high energy level and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Self-directness and the ability to succeed in an independent role.
• Must be very flexible and adaptable to the changing responsibilities for the role, as needed.

Here’s how you will help our patients on their wellness journey:

• Individual coaching sessions

Health Promotion

• Education about wellness programs, tools and services
• Raise awareness and create visibility for wellness
• Wellness Events and Campaigns
• Travel to scheduled locations for program and wellness program delivery

Mobile Van Based Clinical Functions/Telemedicine

• Prepare and manage Van for clinical use by stocking with supplies as needed
• Travel with van to designated scheduled locations for in scope clinical service delivery
• Prep patient for virtual provider
• CLIA waived testing
• Draw Labs and prepare for pick up (or drop off)
• Input HPI info into the system
• Biometric Testing
• Vaccine administration

Expected Credentials To Best Serve Our Patients
