Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Quality Practice Liaison for a telework role supporting the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The position focuses on presenting HEDIS gaps, educating on NCQA specifications, and entering data from medical records for HEDIS supplemental data processes.

The role requires RN licensure, strong data interpretation, and the ability to work remotely with travel up to 10% within Arizona if needed. 40-hour work week preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years of experience with HEDIS quality measures.
• 1+ years of experience delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
• Outreach to provider groups, scheduling meetings, and presenting HEDIS information.
• Reviews documentation and abstracts compliant medical record data for entry into the data tool.
• Contacts providers, vendors, or internal departments for information as needed.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and STARS measures for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Works with electronic tools to accomplish team goals.
• Performs other duties as needed.
