Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Quality Practice Liaison for a work-from-home role supporting the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The position focuses on presenting HEDIS gaps in care data to provider groups and educating on HEDIS measures, with emphasis on NCQA specifications.

You will obtain, abstract, and data-enter medical records for supplemental data, interact with plan managers and departments, and travel up to 10% within Arizona if needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted nursing license (Arizona or compact state).
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years with HEDIS quality measures.
• 1+ years delivering presentations.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap-in-care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
• Outreach: schedule meetings, develop presentations, and conduct meetings with provider groups to share HEDIS information.
• Review and abstract compliant medical record data for entry into supplemental data tools.
• Contact providers, vendors, or internal departments to obtain information as needed.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and STARS measures for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Utilize various electronic tools to support team goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
