CVS Health is hiring a Quality Practice Liaison to work from home for the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The role focuses on presenting HEDIS gaps in care data to provider groups and managing data abstraction from medical records for HEDIS supplemental data.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 3+ years RN clinical experience, and 2+ years with HEDIS measures, plus strong presentations skills and EMR familiarity. 40 weekly hours; Arizona travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (Arizona or compact state).
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years of HEDIS quality measures experience.
• 1+ years of experience delivering presentations.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10 and QuickBase.
• Willingness to travel in Arizona up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
• Outreach to provider groups, scheduling meetings, developing presentations, and sharing HEDIS information.
• Reviews documentation and abstracts medical record data for entry into a supplemental data tool.
• Contacts providers, vendors, or internal departments to obtain additional information as needed.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and STARS measures for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Uses various electronic tools to support team goals.
• Performs other duties as needed.
