Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Quality Practice Liaison for the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. This full-time, work-at-home role involves presenting HEDIS gaps in care data to provider groups and collaborating with plan teams to improve member outcomes.

You will review medical records for HEDIS data, understand NCQA specs, access EMR systems remotely, and meet volume and accuracy targets with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Arizona or compact state RN license.
3+ years of clinical experience as an RN.
2+ years of experience with HEDIS quality measures.
1+ years of experience with delivering presentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Willingness to travel in Arizona up to 10% of time, if commutable.

Responsibilities

Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau dashboards.
Outreach and schedule meetings with provider groups to share HEDIS information.
Review and abstract medical record data for entry into supplemental data tool.
Contact providers, vendors, or internal departments to obtain needed information.
Apply NCQA HEDIS and STARS knowledge to improve member outcomes.
Work with EMR tools to achieve goals with accuracy and quality.
