Qualifications

• RN license required and active in nursing.
• BSN required.
• Master’s degree preferred in healthcare.
• 5-7 years in clinical, case management, quality/compliance or HEDIS roles.
• Knowledge of HEDIS, STARs measures and performance initiatives.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services.
• Drives evidence-based performance improvement interventions and tracks measures for POSC.
• Manages POSC workplans and facilitates stakeholder participation.
• Contributes to improving patient outcomes and regulatory adherence.
• Develops policies focusing on system performance and health disparities to improve care.
• Stays up to date on healthcare innovations and research utilization to improve outcomes.
• Provides training on HEDIS and CAHPS related performance.
• Collaborates with POSC stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
