Job summary

ClearChoice Management Services, LLC seeks a Remote RN Pre-Op Case Manager to assess, plan, and document patient nursing care for medical clearance before surgery. You will work from home, coordinating with specialists to secure timely clearances and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.

The role requires an active RN license and strong communication skills; prior CPUR/CCM is preferred. This is a full-time remote position with a standard 8-hour shift, nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in medical clearance, pre-ops, or related case management.
• Active RN license in any state; compact state license preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with specialists to obtain labs, exams, and clearances.
• Document medical histories and clearance steps in EHRs with accuracy.
• Communicate with doctors, staff and patients to obtain timely results.
• Triage risks and manage workload to meet surgery clearance timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and center policies.
