Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking an RN Pre-Op Case Manager to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for surgical patients from a home-based setting.

This remote role requires at least 1 year of clinical case management experience, an active RN license, and strong MS Office or Google Office skills. Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, $45.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical clearance or case management, preferably remote.
• Active RN license in a state; compact licensure advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Office and strong communication.
• Preferred CPUR/CCM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with specialists for labs, exams, and clearance.
• Collaborate with providers to streamline inpatient or procedural workflows.
• Document patient medical histories and clearance steps in EHR.
• Input and retrieve data from electronic health records; ensure compliance.
• Triage and assess risks to meet clearance turnaround times.
