Job summary

Galaxy Personal Care Services LLC seeks an experienced RN to perform OASIS auditing and prior authorization support for home health operations. You will review assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate submissions to Medicaid MCEs and other payers.

The role requires strong documentation-review skills, knowledge of OASIS requirements, and experience with prior authorization and medical-necessity determinations.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Home health nursing experience preferred.
• OASIS auditing/review experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health documentation requirements.
• Prior authorization or utilization-review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit documentation for consistency with Plan of Care and diagnoses.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate corrections to clinicians.
• Review documentation supporting skilled nursing, therapy, and home health aide services.
• Prepare and submit prior authorization requests to payers.
• Monitor authorization timelines and payer communications.
