Health Advocate is seeking an experienced registered nurse for an evening, fully remote role supporting members with clinical advocacy and care navigation.

You will handle inbound calls, assess needs, and guide members through diagnosis, tests, and treatment options while upholding service quality and KPIs. The position emphasizes documentation, collaboration, and timely follow-up to ensure exceptional member care.

Competenze

• BSN or RN degree (required).
• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical/medical management experience.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Receive inbound member calls on a wide range of healthcare topics.
• Assess needs and determine the best course of action per policies and KPIs.
• Own cases and ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Educate members on conditions, tests, results, and options.
• Coordinate care, research providers, and facilitate communication with physicians and insurers.
• Document thoroughly and maintain accurate case management records.
