Job summary

Carenet Health seeks a compassionate registered nurse for a remote Care Advisor role. You will perform telephonic clinical assessments, deliver health education, and assist with utilization management from your home office.

The position requires an RN license in a compact state, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong critical thinking and communication skills. Work is fully remote with evening/weekend shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in a compact state.
• Residency in a compact multistate license.
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience.
• Experience in ER, adult/pediatric care or medical/surgical settings is preferred.
• Telephone triage experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic nursing assessments using the nursing process.
• Deliver health education and utilization management services.
• Triage patients and make disposition recommendations per protocols.
• Maintain consistent attendance and timely performance.
