Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a RN Field Case Manager to cover the Seattle, WA region. This role combines face-to-face coordination with a home-based office and frequent travel to support injured workers and medical providers in advocating for effective medical treatment and timely return-to-work.

Ideal candidates bring medical/clinical or rehabilitation knowledge, strong communication, and passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services field with CCM, CDMS, or CRC certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers, families and caregivers as they navigate through the recovery process.
• Assist injured workers in achieving recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources and service facilitation.
• Identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services, while ensuring resources are used in a timely and cost-effective manner to obtain optimum value for the client and the reimbursement source.
