Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure.
• Two years of recent experience as a surveyor.
• Completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified health care facilities.
• Evaluate quality of care and compliance with Federal regulations.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to facility personnel.
